Data Deletion Instructions

To delete your data from Mila:

1. In Mila, go to Settings and choose Delete my account and data. We then delete your profile, your Threads posts and insights, and your access token within 30 days.
2. Or email support@hellomila.net from the address you signed up with, with the subject "Delete my data". We confirm by email once it is done.
3. To stop access right away, remove Mila in Threads: Settings > Account > Website permissions > Mila > Remove.

We may keep minimal records where the law requires it, such as invoices.
